The CA series of spherical roller bearings are widely used and typically applied in industries such as crushers, vibrating screens, metallurgy, rolling mills, mining, petroleum, papermaking, cement, sugar pressing, printing machinery, and woodworking machinery.
The CA type features two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers. The outer ring has a single common spherical raceway, while the inner ring has two raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis, providing excellent self-aligning capability. Even when the shaft is bent under load or misaligned during installation, the bearing can still operate normally. The degree of self-alignment varies depending on the bearing size series, generally allowing an alignment angle of 1 to 2.5 degrees. This type of bearing offers high load capacity, capable of supporting not only radial loads but also bidirectional axial loads, and exhibits good impact resistance.
